Puig windscreen R-Racer Yamaha R3 2019

Manufactured from 3mm high impact acrylic, a strong and durable material. Rounded down to >2mm (according to TÜV regulations). Thanks to its double height, the air flow to the upper body and head is greatly reduced. This windshield is available in two variants depending on the model: Z-Racing and R-Racer.

The design of the Z-Racing screen has been tested in the wind tunnel. The aerodynamic coefficient and protection against wind gusts have been improved by 12.7% (upright position) and by 61% in the racing position compared to the original model.

The R-Racer screen was not only studied in the wind tunnel, but also developed together with racing teams from the SBK World Championship and Endurance to achieve the perfect balance between protection and aerodynamics.
