GSG-Crash pads BMW S1000RR 2015-2018

Crash pads out protect the frame, motor and panel parts.

When falling, the plastic pads prevent the parts to be protected from grinding or breaking.

For all models, the plastic pads have a diameter of 60 mm in order to reach the largest possible support surface. They are also provided with a large radius to achieve a better sliding effect. Except for a few models, a Aluflansch or a CNC-milled aluminium carrier plate serves as a recording for the Kunststoffpad. This is the only way to ensure a firm fit of the pad and motor in the long term. This causes the forces that occur to be transferred to the largest possible area during a fall.

The plastic pads have been well proven for more than 10 years in everyday operation on road motorcycles and also on racing machines. There was no consequential damage. Some motorcycles require a panel cut-out.

The crash pads out are supplied in pairs with all necessary fixing materials and assembly instructions. All parts are also available separately in the replacement.
